Project Terms

This page describes the rules of ERASE ME: a public artwork by Ottone Radavi in which a buyer can pay to delete or protect a project, receive a certificate of authenticity, and enter the censorship archive.

Artwork Transaction

A payment is not a conventional purchase of an object. It is participation in an artwork. The buyer pays for an action inside the project: deletion, censorship, or protection of one work or of the author's whole portfolio. The action is recorded in the archive and confirmed by a certificate of authenticity.

  • Deletion affects only the author-controlled channels explicitly listed in these terms: this website, the official Instagram page @otroottoottone, and the personal Facebook page Otroottoottone.
  • Archive files, source files, and physical originals are not destroyed.
  • The author is not responsible for independent third-party publications.
  • The archive, certificate, and payment record are part of the artwork.

Scope And Collective Authorship

Most projects to which deletion may apply were created by the author as part of the art group Varenye Organism (Instagram, Facebook) and may be the result of collective authorship and shared intellectual property among the participants.

For that reason, deletion under these rules limits only Ottone Radavi's personal public presentation: the website, personal portfolio, official Instagram, and personal Facebook controlled by the author. It does not limit the rights, memory, archives, publications, or media of other members of the art group or of third parties.

When deletion is paid for, the author stops publishing the deleted projects in the listed personal channels for seventeen years and does not present them as part of his personal public portfolio. The author retains the right to speak about the fact of his participation, authorship, or co-authorship as a biographical, historical, and archival fact, including in connection with ERASE ME, the certificate, and the archive record.

Duration And Consequences

Deletion or censorship lasts for seventeen years. Protection of a project or portfolio is also recorded as an artwork action and may prevent later deletion under the rules of the project.

The buyer understands that the action may irreversibly affect the author's public history, portfolio, artistic biography, and future presentation of the work.

The term begins when the paid action is carried out. After seventeen years, the public-presentation restriction ends. If the author's website, Instagram, or Facebook ceases to exist for technical, organizational, or any other reason, the action remains in force through the certificate, archive record, and project rules.

Prices

Prices are listed in EUR and shown before payment:

  • Project deletion / censorship: EUR 25,000.
  • Project insurance against censorship: EUR 1,000.
  • Full-portfolio deletion / censorship: EUR 2,500,000.
  • Full-portfolio insurance against censorship: EUR 5,000.

Refunds

Completed payments are non-refundable. After payment, the action is considered performed: it is recorded in the project archive, receives a certificate, and becomes part of the artwork.

  • The author does not promise discretionary refunds.
  • A confirmed duplicate payment or technical failure may be reviewed manually.
  • This wording does not remove rights that cannot legally be limited.

Archive, Certificate, And Data

After completed payment, the archive and certificate may include the buyer's public name, selected action, project or scope, amount, date, transaction reference, payment status, and certificate ID. Email is used to deliver the certificate and is not shown in the public archive.

  • The site does not store card numbers.
  • The payment provider processes payment and billing details.
  • The email provider sends certificate emails.
  • The archive database stores archive, certificate, and paid-action state.

Invoices, Seller, And Tax

The seller is Anton Alexandrovitch Radaev, artist name Ottone Radavi, Entreprise Individuelle (EI), Travailleur Indépendant, SIREN 993 877 406, SIRET 993 877 406 00013, Code APE 9003B - Autre création artistique, 22 Rue Paul Valéry, Appartement 2, 75016 Paris, France.

  • TVA non applicable - article 293 B du CGI.
  • No VAT is added while this exemption applies.
  • An invoice or receipt is generated from the payment and billing details entered by the buyer during checkout.
  • The buyer is responsible for entering the correct name, company, address, and tax details.
